- Possess legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Operate under a valid and active MC, DOT, or business registration (if applicable)
- Provide accurate and complete business and payment information
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or carrier entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
4. Account & Communication
When you communicate with Fleet Lanes LLC (via website, phone, or email), you agree to:
- Provide true, current, and complete information
- Keep your contact and payment details up to date
- Allow us to communicate via phone, email, or text for business purposes
We may record or store communications for quality assurance and service improvement.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments for dispatching services are due according to the agreed terms with each carrier or client.
- Payment methods may include ACH transfers, Zelle, or other approved options.
- Axe Dispatch LLC reserves the right to charge service fees, late payment fees, or hold services until outstanding payments are cleared.
- Invoices are generally sent on a weekly or per-load basis, depending on the agreement.
If payment is delayed, we may suspend services or withhold ongoing support until the balance is settled.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate load, route, and driver details
- Maintain compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations
- Ensure your vehicles, insurance, and licenses are valid and active
- Communicate promptly with dispatchers for updates and emergencies
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Fleet Lanes LLC cannot guarantee:
- The availability of loads or specific freight rates
- Payment timelines from brokers or factoring companies
- Continuous website or system uptime
We are not responsible for any loss of income, business interruption, or damages caused by third-party actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, text, graphics, and materials—is owned by Fleet Lanes LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your data, load information, and financial records.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties unless required by law or written consent.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if:

- You fail to make required payments

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Services and settle any outstanding payments.
